Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered to diversify Kazakh oil exports and prioritized Trans-Caspian route at the government meeting on transport and transit capacity, APA reports citing AKI Press.
The President instructed the national oil and gas company KazMunayGaz to develop the mechanism of this route export, if possible with involvement of Tengiz project investors.
The government was ordered to increase the capacity of Atyrau-Kenkiyak and Kenkiyak-Kumkol pipelines.
