Export of Russian oil to non-CIS countries in January-July 2021 amounted to 122.01 million tons, which is 9.1% less than in 2020, according to the operational summary of the Central Dispatch Office of the Fuel and Energy Complex.
Average daily exports were fixed at 4.22 million barrels. Leap year correction has been taken into account.
Over the seven months of this year, a total of 108.37 million tons of crude oil (of which 97.85 million tons are Russian resources) were exported to the far abroad via the oil pipeline system of AK Transneft, bypassing Transneft – 24.17 million tons.
In July, 17.82 million tons of Russian crude oil were exported to non-CIS countries. Compared to the same month last year, exports increased by 13.4%. Average daily exports amounted to 4.21 million barrels.
Since the beginning of the year, 19.98 million tons of Russian crude oil has been shipped through the port of Primorsk through the Transneft system (in July – 3 million tons), MNT Kozmino – 19.72 million tons (2.93 million tons), NSR Ust-Luga – 8.99 million tons (1.1 million tons), Novorossiysk – 5.5 million tons (651.6 thousand tons).
In January-July 2021, NK Rosneft exported 53.05 million tons (in July – 7.69 million tons) to non-CIS countries via the Transneft system, Surgutneftegaz – 15.25 million tons (2.41 million tons), Tatneft – 5.05 million tons (1.28 million tons), LUKOIL – 9.49 million tons (1.26 million tons), Gazprom Neft – 4.12 million tons (642, 46 thousand tons).
Enterprises that are not part of vertically integrated oil companies have shipped 9.15 million tons of oil to non-CIS countries over the seven months of this year (1.07 million tons in July).
Transit of Kazakhstan in January-July 2021 amounted to 7.82 million tons (in July – 1.09 million tons), Belarus – 990.8 thousand tons (148.5 thousand tons), Azerbaijan – 583.29 thousand tons (84.74 thousand tons), Turkmenistan – 1.13 million tons (79.99 thousand tons).
In January-July 2021, Russian oil companies increased oil supplies to neighboring countries by 15.5% – to 7.09 million tons.
