Azerbaijan has exported about 82 bcm of gas to Turkey since 2007
Since July 3, 2007, Azerbaijan has exported 81.7 billion cubic meters (bcm) to Turkey from the Shah Deniz field, said the Energy Minister of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov. Supplies of Azerbaijani gas from the Shah Deniz field to Turkey in January-May 2021 amounted to 4.1 bcm, he said.
The minister specified that 2.2 bcm of this volume be supplied via the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP).
Shahbazov noted that in general, since the commissioning of TANAP on June 30, 2018, and until June 1, 2021, about 10.6 bcm of Azerbaijani gas have been supplied via TANAP.
