Iran-Turkey gas pipeline to be stopped for scheduled repairs for three weeks
The gas pipeline from Iran to Turkey will stop for scheduled repairs from May 28 to June 20 (for 24 days),
Turkish pipeline operator Botas reports. Iran delivered 5.321 billion cubic meters of gas to Turkey in 2020, providing 11% of the republic’s imports.
As reported by the Interfax agency, last year a terrorist attack took place on this gas pipeline, after which the repair was delayed for three months (from April to June).
