Job Description

Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the Cost Control Manager will provide comprehensive support for the Project Cost Control functions.

• Manage the cost and budget team
• Preparing, compiling, presenting to the client and reviewing estimates
• Assisting in establishing the contract price budget
• Submitting monthly cost reports
• Provide all necessary information requested to manage the project in relation to the cost and estimate
• Establish rules and methodology according with the client requirement on cost reporting and forecasting
• Establish rules and methodology according with the client requirement
• Finalize estimates into the contract price budget
• Review and endorse expenditures in accordance with established budgets

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business is a requirement
• Significant experience of Cost Control in EPC offshore oil and gas projects and industrial construction environments
• Knowledge of GBS construction and project execution methods is essential
• Experience in a Management role and leading teams
• Knowledge of auditing, budgeting, estimating and forecasting
• Strong computer proficiency skills in MS Office, management software, Primavera and other software programs
• Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to work effectively within an integrated project team
