Position: Well Services Operations Manager
Minimum 12 years related field or technical experience in Cementing, Coil Tubing and Stimulation areas (including Gravel Pack).
Degree qualified/Graduate Engineer or equivalent experience
WELL SERVICES OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Responsible for the quality of services delivered to the client through application of training programs, quality initiative, and effective maintenance systems.
Obtains client feedback through day-to-day contacts and service quality meetings.
Profit and Loss:
Responsible for the overall financial management of the operations including its profitability within the Geo-Market.
Manages Service Segment sales including pricing tendering, contract, customer satisfaction. Supports cross products sales strategies/customer contact.
Responsible for the effective utilization, training and development of Field Engineers and Technicians as per training standards (in conjunction with Service Segment HR function), and career development of all subordinates in conjunction with Geo-Market Personnel.
Promotes a visible QHSE commitment and implementation of Schlumberger policies and standards in conjunction with the Geo-Market QHSE Manager.
Responsible for effective communication within the Product Line Organization, clients, suppliers and third party.
Promotes teamwork within own Organization and across the Product Line.
• HSE, Management, Personnel, Communication, Deep understanding of all matters of well construction. Expert in Schlumberger segment knowhow including operational practices, products, technical solutions and new technology.
Ability to work independently or as part of a project team. Client Oriented. Organized and methodical approach to task in hand. Problem solving, oral and written communication skills are essential.
