Position: Product & Service Delivery Manager Drilling Product Line:

Min 5 years in Field Service, Operational or engineering roles.  Completed Competency training

Diploma or degree qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering

Product & Service Delivery Manager Drilling Product Line:

New position to develop in country technical support to customers for Drilling Pressure Control Equipment and Rig Equipment.  In addition to set up a local field service capability to serve the Caspian market.  Focal point for all customers in the region.  Manage, forecast and execute contract deliverables financially and operationally.  Ensure high HSE and Service Quality Standards. Develop recruitment plan for nationals coming into field service

Reporting to Group PSD Manager the business requires a Product Line PSD Manager to provide management and supervision support for offshore and onshore Drilling Product Line equipment, preparation and maintenance. The PSD shall be fluent in English language, located in Baku, and shall cover Caspian DRL activity.  The general responsibilities cover three main areas as further detailed herein below.

Responsibilities:

Participate in and provide input to all pre-planning, and wash up meetings as and when required by customer − Act as the first point of contact for Drilling Product line, 

− Transform customer requirements into the necessary CAMERON engineering requests and generate a status summary sheet to identify open actions. 

− During performance provide direct link into CAMERON to allow expedient support to be available if required. − Arrange all equipment, spare parts and service requirements as may be needed to support customer requirements.

− Ensure that all expenditure is tracked by unique job number and corresponding customer number

− Generate agreed stock quantities (on and offshore) and the process for replenishment and refining volumes. 

− Ensure service personnel are adequately briefed prior to mobilization. − Ensure all other staff is properly trained to meet customer service requirements.

− Perform a promoting and educating role for CAMERON, oversee updates and changes and ensure these are correctly communicated.

− Work closely with Sales to unlock potential service opportunities.

 − Work with local vendors to develop in country repair capability.

− Develop and implement staff succession plan to ensure transfer of knowledge to Azeri nationals.

 − Develop plan to hire and train local field service team.

− Ensure monthly KPI’s are met both financially & functionally

Skills:


Five years Field Service experience preferred.

− Previous experience with rig equipment, pressure control equipment.

−  Aftermarket repair process understanding.

−  Investigation skills for Route cause analysis

−  SAP understanding preferred. −  Sales driven customer interaction.

−  Good communication skills.

−  Understanding of contracts & their terminology
