Position: PSD Manager
Minimum 8 years related field experience. At least 5 years in equivalent or level down management position.
Degree qualified: Technical Mechanical Engineering Diploma /relevant experience
Maintenance Technician 3:
The PSD Manager is responsible for directing field employees in safe, reliable, and efficient product and service delivery, and for driving customer satisfaction and service quality.
The PSD Manager drives field employee progression through competency development and performance evaluation. This person liaises with the OU PSD Manager for job life cycle support and technical and incident management.
The PSD Manager ensures systematic usage of standard work and risk management and provides visibility regarding crew and associated function’s SQ performance and improvement opportunities. This person is responsible for the COSD (i.e. resource consumption.)

Operational experience with different fields and technologies
– Detailed knowledge of gravel pack fluids and technologies
– Knowledge of all gravel pack equipment
– Required management skills related to people management and leadership
Successfully complete required safety training (including but not limited to drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, fire, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, SIPP, risk reporting, IT security, hazardous materials, driving).
