Team Assistant


Carry out administrative and organizational duties for the Offshore Projects General Manager, Appraisals General Manager and their teams.


Works directly with the PGM and the AGM to support them in personal administration and the administration of the team. Duties may include (but not be limited to) the following.

  • Manage and support the admin of the PGM and AGM Calendars and Meeting Arrangements, Travel, and Expenses
  • Support and Co’ordinate communications within the team 
  • Meeting organization and coordination for Projects and GCD Teams
  • Assist in facilitating meetings, presentations and workshops
  • Assist in the general office logistics
  • Responsible for a variety of office administration duties, including but not limited to:
  • Compiling, processing and updating Project data
  • Distributing and filing of correspondence
  • Organize conferences and meetings
  • Provide support to all business visitors in the office
  • Maintaining leave / rotation register
  • Arranging business and other travel
  • Liaison with business expense team


  • Competent in communicating in English language, both verbally and written, excellent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Track record in organizational skills for administration tasks
  • Ability to produce written reports, minutes of meetings, and other basic contract documentation
  • Ability to interact / communicate with all other administrative and management functions within a busy site environment
  • Understanding of local culture within Azerbaijan
  • Flexibility in approach – willing to take on “non-core duties”



  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of software packages – Windows, Excel, Power point, word, outlook.
  • Recognized administrative or business qualification (obtained locally or internationally)


  • Degree level qualification in business or administration related fields

Speed writing and or shorthand skills


·         Track record of experience gained on large projects, in a similar role leading to development of the following skill sets:

  • Working / interfacing with administration teams within operations and delivery
    • Ability to organize busy office environment, dealing with both national and expat management team
  • Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with various members

·        Previous knowledge and experience of working with the CLIENT operating procedures or equivalent
