Pakistan will start implementation of the TAPI project by December 2018
Pakistan will launch the TAPI (Turkmenistan –Afghanistan – Pakistan – India) mega-gas pipeline project by December 2018.
This was stated by brigadier, Director of the research center Measac Abdul Rahman Bilal Sitara-e-Jurat on the sidelines of the seminar “the Strategic importance of the TAPI project in the region”, held on Tuesday in Islamabad, according to the news Agency “Pakistan Observer”.
He also added that the implementation of the TAPI project will take two years. He noted that the Pakistani government will soon sign a Memorandum of understanding with the German company for the execution and installment of the project in Pakistan.
During the seminar, Abdul Rahman Bilal Sitara-e-Jurat made a detailed information presentation, which describes the details of the TAPI gas pipeline project.
