The President noted that recently a document was signed on the purchase of a new generation of Boeing 737 MAX7 Airliners by Turkmenistan, stressing that the use of modern flight equipment will significantly expand the capabilities of the national civil aviation and ensure the further development of air cargo and passenger transportation at a decent level. During the visit, the head of state also discussed the possibility of supplying new agricultural machinery to Turkmenistan at a meeting with the President of the agricultural company John Deere in the CIS, Asia and Africa, Markvart von Pentz. The businessman made a number of proposals to expand cooperation, including through the supply of new types of grain harvesters and cotton harvesters, tractors, as well as various agricultural equipment.

According to the President of Turkmenistan, the use of innovative technologies to increase crop yields and ensure the rational use of land and water resources is a promising direction for the development of agriculture in Turkmenistan.

At a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Oxbow Group William Koch discussed the prospects of partnership in the fuel and energy sector, training. Oxbow Group, which is one of the leaders in the field of natural resources processing, is ready to provide Turkmenistan with a wide range of services, as well as to continue purchases of petroleum coke, carbamide products and sulfur produced in Turkmenistan.
