British Compact GTL company will build a plant to convert associated gas into diesel fuel in Kazakhstan. The memorandum on mutual understanding was signed between Compact GTL and Kazakhstan Republic on February 12, 2015 in London during the 3rd Conference “Caspian Corridor” held through the support of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA), British organizations AsiaHouse and TheCityUK and the British-Azerbaijani Business Council.
The memorandum envisages construction of Gas-to-liquids (GTL) plant in Kazakhstan with the capacity between 2,000 and 3,000 barrels a day. CompactGTL company specializes in development of gas-to-liquid technology and focuses on the oil fields.
