From January to May 2014 Azerbaijan exported 14,316,554 tons of oil. The State Customs Committee said that oil export decreased by 0.4% against the same period last year.
According to the meters, from January to May 2014 11,831,637 tons of oil was exported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline (including 933,519 tons of gas condensate), 1,703,568 tons via the Baku-Supsa oil pipeline, 424,085 tons via the Baku-Supsa, 424,085 tons via the Baku-Novorossiysk and 357,263 tons of oil to the Georgian ports by railway.
The volume of declared oil exported during this period totaled 10,034,118 tons to the amount of $8,210,701,069. During the first five months, 2014 Azerbaijan exported its oil at an average price of $818.29 or $110.58 per barrel.
According to the State Customs Committee, from January to May 2014 export of oil products from Azerbaijan totaled 574,304 tons to the amount of $415,007,012.
