The Russian Premier Dmitrii Medvedev has signed the decree to approve the plan of stimulation of development of fields on the Caspian Sea shelf. The text of the document is posted on the official web site of the Russian government.
The plan envisages administrative and legislative support to development of the Russian Federation’s continental shelf and a uniform approach to stimulate development of hydrocarbon resources on the shelf and the Russian section of the Caspian Sea bottom.
The draft decree to stimulate development of hydrocarbon resources on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation and in the Russian sector of the Caspian Sea has been worked out by the Russian Ministry of Energy to execute the governmental resolution, reported Russian Oil.
