Russia in 2016 reduced the export of oil in terms of value by 17.8% compared to the same period last year – to $ 73.676 billion, the materials of the Federal Customs Service (FCS). In physical terms, for the reporting period, the volume of oil exports amounted to 254.767 million tons, which is 4.2% more than in the first nine months of 2015.
The non-CIS oil export revenues decreased during the period by 17% to $ 69.616 billion in physical terms, and supply increased by 6.6% – up to 174.374 million tons. Revenues from oil exports to CIS countries decreased by 27.8% and amounted to $ 4.06 billion. In physical terms, supply fell by 18.8% – to 18.572 million tons.
Revenues from oil exports decreased by 31.8% in 2016 – to $ 45.952 billion in physical terms, and exports of petroleum products decreased by 9% – to 156,016,000 tons.
